I am completely overwhelmed with sadness after discovering that a sweet friend has left us.
Kim Sonksen passed away yesterday morning after a brief battle with an aggressive cancer. I first met Kimmy when we were both accepted onto Donna Salazar's Design Team. Since then we have kept in touch, and I absolutely adored her. Not only did I admire her work, but also her sweet and honest personality.
You will be missed, Kimmy. Love ya, girl. :'(

Aw, this is such sad, sad news :( I did not know her well, but despite that, she once mailed me a card she put together full of brads for me to use. She did that even though she didn't know me, just because she was such a sweet and generous person....so sad to hear this :(
