This a quick and simple tutorial to show you how I created the 3D Christmas trees above.
Supplies Needed:
Dusty Attic Christmas Trees #2 (DA0648)
Embossing Folder
Embossing Machine
Water Mister
Heat Tool
Emboss Gloss
Embossing Powder
STEP 1: Emboss your trees with an embossing folder to add texture.
STEP 2: Saturate your chippie with water and let it sit for a few minutes.  Do not SOAK it.  Just SATURATE it.  :o)  (And yes, that little bottle is a Dusty Attic bottle.  Squeeeeee!  Love them!)
STEP 3: Once your chippie is saturated, carefully peel apart the layers along the edge of the trees to add dimension.  Be careful not to tear you chipboard.  Once you have peeled them apart, dry with a heat tool.
STEP 4: Ink your trees with your favorite spray ink.
STEP 5: Using Donna Salazar's Emboss Gloss, coat random portions of your tree with the gloss.  Pour on coordinating embossing powder and melt it with a heat tool!
And you're done!  Now decorate it!
