Is it just me or is this month just flying by?!  We are halfway through August already and before we know it, school will be starting again!!  Nooooooo!!  The summer not only gives the children a break from school, but it gives me a break from the daily school routine... clothes, lunch, homework, projects... UGH.  Not looking forward to it.  Then again, my children were given summer homework and have had something to do every day!!  Do you know how difficult it is to get them to do homework in the summer?  Oh believe me, they get it done (they know better LOL), but the look on their faces says it all.  I don't blame them.  They're not weirdos like I was.  When I was a child I actually asked my dad to put me in summer school, but they wouldn't accept me because I had straight A's.  Can we say BIG NERD!  LOL.  Ok, enough babbling... onto my project.  :o)
It's Sunday, so you know what that means!  Another fabulous reveal over at Creative Scrappers!  Check out the layers on this sketch!  I used the Teresa Collins Posh Collection for this simple layout.  It is so girly and... posh!
I actually found some pink bling in my stash!  Love the combination of pearls and gems.
This chipboard frame is a new release by The Dusty Attic (Garden Frame Set DA0606).  Isn't it purdy?!?  I added a little bling and mini roses to decorate it.
You know I had to add some eyelets, right?  :o)  I also dressed up some of the flourishes on the paper with Gunmetal Stickles.

This chippie is also part of the Garden Frame Set.
A little hand-stitching and lace for texture.
The title is made using foam Thickers and black epoxy stickers.  I outlined the letters with a white paint marker, but it is difficult to see from the photo.
