Hello again! This is a Spring layout I created for Simply Renee Inc. I used the 'Garden Party' Collection that was generously donated by My Little Shoebox. I have to admit that this layout is a little different from my normal style, but I adore this paper collection and my daughter was thrilled with the end result. :o)
For the title I used alphabet stickers made by My Little Shoebox and American Crafts. Around the title I added coordinating cardstock stickers that were embellished with a little Stickles and bling.
The cute little Toadstools (DA0565), the butterfly (see below) and the leaves (Leafy Stems DA0566) are all chipboard elements made by The Dusty Attic.
All of the stitching on this layout was done by hand. The blue frame was made using a punch and I added stitching for greater definition. I created a vertical border on the photo using eyelets and added an embossed layer behind the photo.
Several different punches were used on this layout to create a variety of borders. I split the layers of this chipboard butterfly (Flutterbies DA0389) to create a 3D effect.

Natasha, this is just lovely. I love seeing all the little "extras" you do to a layout, or project.
FANTASTIC as always! The colors are so bright and cheerful! Just like your little girl's smile! Love all the DA chippies too! You are causing me to cross over to the "darkside" and stitch on my layouts ( I used to be allergic to needles and thread - kinda like I'm allergic to ironing!! LOL!!) Do you use DMC embroidery thread? and if so - do you only use some of the strands? I LOVE the stitching around the blue frame! (along with EVERYTHING else of course!) Thanks for sharing and inspiring =D
This is so amazing! The details and your eye for color are spectacular.
Always wonder how long it takes you to create a beauty like this?
Love it!
Wow Natasha, you always create such stunning pages! Every detail here is perfection! Fantastic work!
Have a great night!
