Supplies Needed:
- Chipboard element
- Paint Dabber (acrylic paint)
- Glimmer Mist
- Embossing folder (optional)
- Big Shot or other embossing machine (optional)
- Stickles
- Rock Candy Crackle Paint
- Brown ink pad
- Heat gun

STEP 1:  Randomly dab and swipe your paint dabber (or brush) on your chipboard element.  I used a copper paint dabber.

STEP 2:  While the paint is still wet, spray the chippie with Glimmer Mist.  I used two colors here (coffee shop and sunkissed peach).

STEP 3:  Dry with a heat tool.  Ink the edges with a brown ink pad.

STEP 4:  Place the chippie in an embossing folder and run it through an embossing machine.

STEP 5:  Using your finger, smear on a layer of Stickles in a subtle, coordinating shade.  I only applied a little in the grooves of the embossed texture.

Apply a thick layer of Rock Candy Crackle Paint and allow to dry.

And you're done.  There are endless ways to alter chipboard.  Just mix and match techniques and see what you come up with!  Have fun and thanks for stopping by!
