It's Monday again and a new sketch is up at Get Your Sketch On! (GYSO).  This week we are sponsored by Kristen Powers Ink.
For this week's sketch I decided to create a layout of my son.  This picture was actually taken a few years ago when he was 5.  I tried to keep the layout masculine, but yes, I did add a few flowers.  He didn't mind, and he said he loved it! :o)

I used so many Dusty Attic goodies on this layout.  This chippie is Tribal Design #5 (DA0309).
I love this Brick Wall Panel chippie (DA0316) that is made by The Dusty Attic as well.  I inked it with 3 different colors and then spritzed on a mix of water and Perfect Pearls in heirloom gold.
All of the stitching on this layout was hand-stitched (because I have no clue how to use a sewing machine LOL).
I made these embossed title letters to match my layout.  If you would like to see a tutorial on how they were made, please click here.
Just a simple quote to describe how amazed I am at how quickly he has grown.
Here's yet another Dusty Attic design!  This is Tribal Design #3 (DA0307).  I inked it with two different shades of green and highlighted it with gold acrylic paint.
Here's a peek at the masking and random stitching.
I distressed the photo using sandpaper and added a little bling (made by Prima) behind it.  There are eyelets all over my layout because I love eyelets!!  I love metal embellies in general which is why I also added the gears and the paper clip.

Thanks for taking a peek at my layout!  Have a wonderful day!
