Hello again!  Just wanted to share a girly layout I made for my daughter.  This is a picture of her rockin' her new outfit on her first day of Pre-K (2009).  I love to dress her up!  It's like playing with a doll LOL.
This chippie is called Twirly Hearts (DA0455) and is made by The Dusty Attic.  I have a tutorial on how to get this distressed, cracked effect.  Click here to check it out.  The black flourishes are transparencies that I cut from the packaging of my acrylic stamps.  I always save the packaging to use on layouts too.
I used a lot of different punches on this layout.  I also did a lot of hand-stitching as well.  The definition of 'adore' is a sticker that I have had for a long time.
If you are familiar with my work, then you know I have to have some type of lacing on my layouts and eyelets too!  The paper behind the photo was torn and dry embossed using a Tim Holtz Texture Fades embossing folder.
Just a close-up of the corner cluster.  The blue bling tucked in with the flowers is a brad made by Creative Charms.
This is my favorite lace.  I tucked it under the punched border and stitched it onto my layout.  It's not going to move for sure!
This chippie is also made by The Dusty Attic.  It is called Ornate Corner #3 (DA0346).  I painted it white, inked it with Distress Inks and then blinged it up with some Stardust Stickles.

That's all for now!  Thank you for stopping by to take a peek.  To view more layouts or tutorials, click on a button beneath the 'Categories' heading located in the sidebar of my blog.  TFL!
