Happy Sunday fellow scrappers!  Today I would like to share with you a layout that I made for Creative Scrappers.  I was invited to be this week's Guest Designer!  Thank you Kristine for this wonderful opportunity.  :o)

Here is this week's sketch.  On this layout I used photos of my daughter when she was 2 years old.  I just love all of her different expressions.  The first photo shows my daughter's expression when she's happy to pose for me.  The second photo shows her "Mommy, please no more photos!" expression.  LOL

For this horizontal strip I used two different punches and I added a row of stitching.  Below the stitching I used a chippie made by The Dusty Attic.  It is called Fancy Trim #3 (DA0469).  I first painted it with acrylic paint and then added a layer of Distress Embossing Powder in tattered rose.  It adds such a lovely texture to the chipboard.
This flower is made by Prima.  I absolutely love it and wish I knew how to make my own.  If anyone knows how... please do share!  :o)
This set of chipboard elements is called Botanic Accent #1 (DA0460) and is also made by The Dusty Attic.  These chippies were painted with a Pearl Dabber, then inked and misted with Perfect Pearls.  This creates another beautiful texture.
The paper behind the photos was dry embossed with a Texture Fades embossing folder by Tim Holtz.  I tore the edges and added a punched border in random spots.
This Skeleton Clock Face (DA0430) was inked, coated with a layer of rock candy Crackle Paint and then misted.  I added some masked flourishes along the clock face for added interest.  All of the stitching on my layout is done by hand.  I find it so relaxing!
