This is my DD a few months ago.  The picture of her is a little blurry because it was taken with a camera phone.  Figures that the best picture of her is the only one taken with a phone :o).
This chipboard flourish was painted with Distress Crackle paint in picket fence mixed with a touch of victorian Velvet ink to give it a soft pink tone.  I then added iridescent glitter to make it shimmer.  The smaller flower was misted with Distress Ink in victorian velvet and aged mahogany with a touch of Perfect Pearls.

This gorgeous chippie was also painted in the same color as the flourish and embellished with bling and mini roses.  The doily behind it was misted with Distress Ink in victorian velvet and aged mahogany with Perfect Pearls, of course, to add some shimmer.

Here's another close-up of the inked flowers.  You can really see the Perfect Pearls in this picture.
